Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 to connect to Moneybird, so you control what we can access. payinbtc.me only reads invoice data (amount, currency, invoice number, customer details) — we have no write access and cannot modify your books.

Do I need to create a separate app or connection in Moneybird?

No. During setup you log into Moneybird once and authorize payinbtc.me via OAuth. After that the connection is automatic — no extra API keys or manual configuration required.
